Prawns Fried Rice

Here comes a simple and lovely friedrice recipe with our everloving prawns. It is simple, easy and lovely, give a try upon it.



INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Biriyani rice: 2 cup
  2. Prawns :250 g
  3. Carrot (grated or cubed): 1/2 cup
  4. Beans: 10
  5. Capsicum cubes: 1/2 cup
  6. Spring onion: 3-4
  7. Egg: 2
  8. Pepper powder: 1-1&1/2 tbs
  9. Soy sauce: 2 tbs
  10. Ghee: 2-3 tbs
  11. Salt:to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Cook biriyani rice with 5 cup water and required salt. when it cooks 80 percent, turn Off the flame, drain and allow it to cool by spreading on a tray. Or you can cook it with 3 & 1/4 cup water, when it drains water, turn off the flame.
  • Slightly fry cleaned prawns with little pepper powder, salt and soy sauce.
  • Heat a pan and add little ghee over it, pour the beaten egg with salt and pepper powder to it and fry by stirring.
  • Now heat a wok and add remaining ghee.
  • Saute white part of spring onion for few minutes.
  • Next add grated or cubed carrots and saute for 2-3 minutes followed by the addition of beans(cut into 1 inch length).
  • Saute it for another 2-3 minutes,then add capsicum, cooked prawns , scrambled egg pieces and mix well.
  • Now add 1 tbs  of pepper powder,salt and soy sauce ,mix well.
  • Mix cooked rice with it, stir well  to get equally distributed.
  • Now add remaining pepper powder and soy sauce and mix well.
  • Adjust the salt also.
  • Now add the chopped green part of spring onion ,mix well and turn off the flame.
