Ingredients to Prepare:
1. Amrutham Podi - 1 and half Cup
2. Sugar (Powdered) - 1 Cup
3. Egg: 3
4. Baking Powder: 1 Teaspoon
Method of Preparation:
Sieve and mix Amrutham powder and baking powder together.
Beat well egg and powdered sugar till creamy.
Now mix in Amrutham powder mix little by little without any lump.
Heat a thick- bottomed pan, add ghee or butter, pour the batter, and cook in low flame for 25 minutes.
Insert a toothpick and check whether its done or not.
If toothpick came clear, then its done. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
Yummy, healthy and spongy cake is ready. Cut and serve
