Bread chicken pancake is simple and delicious snack recipe which can be prepared easily with few common ingredients. It is best choice for Ifthar or any other teatime partiesp, give a try on it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Bread: 5 slices
- Egg: 3
- Chicken masala filling: 3/4 cup
- Milk: 1 cup
- Chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder: : 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves: little
- Salt: to taste
- Ghee or butter: 3/4 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Blend bread slices, egg, milk,chilly, pepper powders ,salt to smooth batter.
- Heat a thick bottomed non stick pan ( choose small or medium pan, don't use larger as it may give a thin pancake) with ghee or butter .
- Pour 3/4th of egg- bread mix and cook for 3-4 minutes in low flame and closed lid.
- Now open the lid and spread chicken filling all over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter and cook for 12-15 minutes in low flame and closed lid or till it is done.
- Flip to other side and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Delicious Chicken Bread Pancake is ready.Cut into pieces and serve hot.
