- Boiled egg: 5
- Chicken masala filling: 2tbs
- All purpose flour: 1 cup
- Coriander leaves: little
- Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for deep frying
- Toothpick: 5
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Remove shell of boiled eggs and cut into two halves.
- Carefully takeout the yolk from it and mash it in a bowl.
- Now mix chicken masala filling with it . You can use your own masala that you are using for Samosa or any other snack.
- Now refill the eggs with it.
- Using a tooth pick, fix two halves of egg to get a whole egg as shown in figure.
- Prepare a thick batter of all purpose flour, salt, pepper powder and water.
- Also mix chopped coriander with it.
- Now dip egg egg in this batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden.
Yummy Mystery eggs are ready, serve hot.
