Biriyani Cutlet

Biriyani Cutlet is one of the delicious recycling dish. Almost all parties or functions ends with lot of biriyani left. Let's have a try on this awesome recipe to convert biriyani into yummy cutlets. It is simply delicious and quick.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION 
  1. Biriyani: 1& 1/2 cup
  2. Potato boiled: 1
  3. Egg : 1
  4. Bread/oats crumbs: to roll
  5. Coriander leaves: little
  6. Oil: for Frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION 
  • Mix biriyani rice and masala.
  • If pieces are left, cut them into small pieces by removing it's bones. Or you can add additional chicken or meat pieces.
  • Mix it with above biriyani.
  • Also combine mashed potato with it.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix. Add salt if needed.
  • Now convert them into small cutlets.
  • Dip it in beaten egg and roll it in bread or oats crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and either deep fry or shallow fry cutlets into golden brown.
Delicious, simple and quick Biriyani Cutlet is ready. Serve hot.
