- Biriyani: 1& 1/2 cup
- Potato boiled: 1
- Egg : 1
- Bread/oats crumbs: to roll
- Coriander leaves: little
- Oil: for Frying
- Mix biriyani rice and masala.
- If pieces are left, cut them into small pieces by removing it's bones. Or you can add additional chicken or meat pieces.
- Mix it with above biriyani.
- Also combine mashed potato with it.
- Add coriander leaves and mix. Add salt if needed.
- Now convert them into small cutlets.
- Dip it in beaten egg and roll it in bread or oats crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and either deep fry or shallow fry cutlets into golden brown.
Delicious, simple and quick Biriyani Cutlet is ready. Serve hot.
