Orange Souffle

Orange souffle is a lovely pudding or dessert recipe . they are prepared with little variant steps than other puddings but tastes awesome. The goodness of egg white and whipping cream brings out a creamy texture to pudding. It is simple, easy and quick recipe, give a try on it.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Orange Juice(thick): 1 cup
  2. Whipping cream powder: 1 sacchet
  3. Milk: 1/2 cup
  4. Egg white: 2
  5. Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup
  6. Gelatin: 1 tbs
  7. Orange red food color: 1/2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5-10 minutes and melt by double-boiling method.
  • Pour it to orange juice , mix well and keep in freezer for 5-10 minutes. It will get set by this time. Use 2 oranges with 1/2 cup water for preparing orange juice.
  • Now add orange crystals or jelly taken from freezer into a blender and blend it with sugar.
  • Also add orange red essence.
  • Beat whipping cream powder with 1./2 cup cold milk till it become fluffy.
  • Slowly fold it with the orange mix.
  • Beat egg white to foams well and fold slowly to the pudding mix.
  • Pour it to a pudding tray and refrigerate till it sets.
Delicious yummy Orange Souffle is ready, Serve chilled .
