Orange souffle is a lovely pudding or dessert recipe . they are prepared with little variant steps than other puddings but tastes awesome. The goodness of egg white and whipping cream brings out a creamy texture to pudding. It is simple, easy and quick recipe, give a try on it.
- Orange Juice(thick): 1 cup
- Whipping cream powder: 1 sacchet
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Egg white: 2
- Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup
- Gelatin: 1 tbs
- Orange red food color: 1/2 tsp
- Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5-10 minutes and melt by double-boiling method.
- Pour it to orange juice , mix well and keep in freezer for 5-10 minutes. It will get set by this time. Use 2 oranges with 1/2 cup water for preparing orange juice.
- Now add orange crystals or jelly taken from freezer into a blender and blend it with sugar.
- Also add orange red essence.
- Beat whipping cream powder with 1./2 cup cold milk till it become fluffy.
- Slowly fold it with the orange mix.
- Beat egg white to foams well and fold slowly to the pudding mix.
- Pour it to a pudding tray and refrigerate till it sets.
