Creamy Cheese pudding is a delicious pudding recipe with a lovely enlightened cheese and cream flavor. INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Cream cheese or Spread cheese: 100 g
- Fresh cream: 1 cup
- Whipping cream: 1 cup
- Milk: 1/4 cup
- Condensed milk: 1 tin
- Arrowroot or marie biscuit: 8-10
- Gelatin: 1 tbs
- Cocoa powder: 2 tbs
- Sugar: 1-2 tbs
- Cashew & Pistachio: 50 g
- Prepare chocolate sauce by boiling milk with cocoa powder and sugar by continuous stirring.
- Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of water and melt by double-boiling method.
- Add whipping cream in a bowl and beat to foam well.
- Now add fresh cream and again beat for 3-4 minutes.
- Cheese is added and beat till they foams and turns fluffy.
- Gently mix melted gelatin in it.
- Add 1/4th of pudding mixture in a pudding dish.
- Dip biscuits in chocolate sauce and layer it on pudding dish. Biscuit can be used as per your dish size.
- Cut cashew and pistachio into pieces and add little over biscuit layer.
- Pour remaining pudding mix over it.
- Top it with remaining cashew , pistachio and chocolate sauce.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
