Anyway fishes are more healthy than any other non-vegetarian. we can prepare varieties of dishes with these fishes. Here comes a lovely and simple recipe for fish curry"Tomato Fish" with a enlightening flavor of tomato.
INGREDIENTS OF PREPARATION
- Fish: 500 g
- Onion: 2
- Tomato: 4
- Garlic: 6 cloves
- fish masala: 2 tbs
- Lime: 1
- Sugar: a pinch
- Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: little
- Grind tomatoes, onion, and garlic to fine puree without water.
- Marinate fish pieces with 1 tbs fish masala and salt for half an hour and slightly fry them.
- Now heat a pan and add little oil in it.
- Add ground puree and saute for 4-5 minutes.
- Now Add remaining fish masala and mix well.
- Put the fried fish pieces and cover them with the gravy.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes in low flame with closed lid.
- Turn off the flame and squeeze the juice of lemon, add a pinch of sugar and coriander leaves to the gravy and mix well.
