Tomato Fish

Fishes or seafoods are most delicious food  item. There are lots of varieties of fishes with different taste and variant nutrients. Anyway fishes are more healthy than any other non-vegetarian. we can prepare varieties of dishes with these fishes. Here comes a lovely and simple recipe for fish curry"Tomato Fish" with a enlightening flavor of tomato.

Tomato Fish
INGREDIENTS OF PREPARATION
  1. Fish: 500 g
  2. Onion: 2
  3. Tomato: 4
  4. Garlic: 6 cloves
  5. fish masala: 2 tbs
  6. Lime: 1
  7. Sugar: a pinch
  8. Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
  9. Salt: to taste
  10. Oil: little
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Grind tomatoes, onion, and garlic to fine puree without water.
  • Marinate fish pieces with 1 tbs fish masala and salt for half an hour and slightly fry them.
  • Now heat a pan and add little oil in it.
  • Add ground puree and saute for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now Add remaining fish masala and mix well.
  • Put the fried fish pieces and cover them with the gravy.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes in low flame with closed lid.
  • Turn off the flame and squeeze the juice of lemon, add a pinch of sugar and coriander leaves to the gravy and mix well.
Delicious Tomato fish is ready. serve hot.
