Rava or semolina pathiri is a delicious soft pathiri recipe suitable for breakfast or dinner. It is easy to prepare and are really soft and tasty. Semolina have rich in nutrients like potassium, fibre. It is a balanced food, low in cholesterol and sodium. They are healthy for diabetics and diet food with great source of energy.

- Semolina: 1 cup
- Water: 2 cup
- Ghee: 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste.
- Boil water with required salt and ghee.
- When it starts boiling, add semolina by stirring.
- Stir cook till they thickens and combines together without sticking anywhere.
- Turn off flame and allow it to cool a little.
- Knead it well and make small balls of it.
- Flatten each ball using a chappathi press by applying little ghee or oil.
- Cook both sides as we do for pathiri or chappathi in a hot dosa pan or frying pan.
- You can also roll it using a rolling pin by sprinkling little rice powder.
