Cashew Shake

Cashew is a wonderful shake recipe prepared with cashew and frozen milk with bitable cashew pieces. Cashew have a lovely taste and flavor, also have many nutritional benefits, rich in iron and all. A drink with it is really delicious , healthy and lovely, give a try on this recipe for enjoying its taste.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Frozen/semi-frozen milk: 2 cup
  2. Cashew: 1 cup
  3. Sugar: 3 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Crush the frozen milk with any hard object.Or use semi-frozen milk which is easy to break. You can also place frozen milk in water  for 5-10 minutes to get loosen.
  • Add 3/4 th of cashew in a juicer and pour milk pieces and sugar in it.
  • Blend it to get all ingredients  mixed and brings out lovely shake.
  • Cut the reserved cashew into small pieces , mix them onto shake, reserve little for top.
Delicious healthy Cashew shake is ready, Serve fresh with little cashew pieces on top.
