Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Chocolate Biscuit cake is a delicious no bake cake which can be prepared easily.As it is prepared with chocolate and biscuit along with little cashew, kids will surely love it. It is a easily prepared cake with few ingredients, give a try on this wonderful recipe.




INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Marie biscuit: 200 g
  2. Sugar: 1/2 cup
  3. Cocoa powder: 2 tbs
  4. Butter: 75 g
  5. Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
  6. Cashew: 1/2 cup
  7. Thick cream: 1/2 cup
  8. Chocolate pieces: 50 g
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Take a pan, mix well cocoa powder, sugar in 1/2 cup of water.
  • Place the pan in low flame and add butter to it.
  • Boil till butter melts and combines with all other ingredients, by stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off the flame , mix vanilla extract with it and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile broke the biscuits into small pieces.
  • Cut cashew into pieces and dry roast it for 5 minutes.
  • Mix it with the broken biscuits.
  • Pour the prepared butter-cocoa mix to the biscuit mix and gently mix to get uniformly mixed.
  • Now layer it to a tray(Preferably spring foam), press gently and level the top with back of a spoon.
  • Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  • Heat thick cream a little( never boil it, just heat it for melting chocolate) and place chocolate pieces in it.
  • After 2-3 minutes, mix it well to get combined.
  • Pour this over the biscuit cake in refrigerator, garnish it with little cashew powder(or your choice).
  • Again refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Lovely chocolaty biscuit cake is ready, cut and serve.
