Chocolate terrain pudding is a delicious pudding recipe with a nice combination of three or 4 layers. Here first we layer it with simple sponge or butter cake and are topped with condensed milk and nuts then with a lovely chocolate mix. These are then garnished with crunchy cornflakes or nuts. It is really tasty , give a try on it. You can either prepare cake or use ready-made one.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Sponge/ butter cake: 1
- Egg: 2
- Butter:100 g
- Condensed milk: 1/2-3/4 tin
- Cocoa powder: 2&1/2 tbs
- Sugar: 7 tsp(powdered)
- Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
- Cashew: 1/2 cup
- Cornflakes: 1/2 cup
- Separate egg white and yolk.
- Put egg yolk, butter and sugar in a bowl and beat well to get mixed.
- Now combine cocoa powder and essence with it.
- Beat egg white separately to foam well and then fold it with the above mixture.
- Cut the cake into small pieces.
- Now take a tray, layer it with cake pieces.
- Spread condensed milk over it.
- Sprinkle cashew pieces above it.
- Pour the prepared egg- cocoa mix on top.
- Preheat microwave oven to 180 degree celsius and bake the pudding for 5 minutes.
- Top it with cornflakes and refrigerate to chill.
