A awesome ,simple and mouth licking recipe for banana shake with the crunchiness of crispy puffed rice, cashew and peanut . It is a little variant version for Avil Milk but tastes more than that. INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Milk: 1/2 L( semi-frozen)
- Mysore banana(small): 1/2 kg
- Puffed rice: 1&1/2- 2
- Peanut: 3/4 cup( roasted and skin removed)
- Cashew: 50 g
- Sugar: to taste
- Icecream: as needed
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- If puffed rice is not crispy, roast it for 4-5 minutes to turn crispy.
- Take a bowl and mash the bananas along with milk and sugar using a laddle back or pestle .
- Roast cashew along with 1-2 tbs sugar to get caramelised.
- Now take a long glass, add 2-3 tbs of puffed rice, 1& 1/2 tbs peanut and 2tsp of caramelised cashew.
- Fill the 3/4 the of the glass with banana milk mix .
- Add a scoop of icecream above it, garnish the top with roasted cashew, peanut and serve soon.
- Take care to mix all ingredients just before serving otherwise you will lose the crunchiness of puffed rice, cashew or peanut.
