Sharjah Shake

Sharjah shake is one of the most lovable shake recipe prepared with frozen milk and banana by flavoring with either boost, horlicks or bournvita. It is a lovely thick drink that melts in our mouth. It is one of the favorite drink of my family, will be yours too if you taste it.




INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Semi-frozen milk: 1 L
  2. Small banana: 5
  3. Boost/horlicks/bournvita powder: 6 tsp
  4. Sugar: 6 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Peel off banana, cut into small pieces and put into a blender.
  • Add boost powder and sugar to it.
  • Pour semi-frozen milk to it. Or crush the frozen milk by beating with any hard object. Anyway milk should be in semi frozen state not in liquid.
  • Blend everything together to get mixed.
  • Add sugar if you want more.
  • Pour onto glasses and serve soon.
