Sandwiches are lovely bread pieces with varieties of fillings of our choice by spreading mayonnaise, sauce or cheese which helps in sticking bread pieces as well as enriches its taste. They can be eaten as itself, for simply toasting them. Here comes a lovely sandwich recipe with carrot and nut filling. It is very healthy and tasty recipe, give a try on it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Bread slices: 10
- Carrot: 2
- Cashew: 15
- Mayonnaise: 4 tbs
- Green chilly: 1
- Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves: little
- Salt: to taste
- Peel and finely grate carrots.
- Chop cashews into small pieces.
- Green chillies and coriander leaves are also finely chopped.
- You can use vegetable chopper or chopping and mixing.
- Otherwise take a bowl, add finely chopped carrots, cashew, green chilly and coriander leaves.
- Now add mayonnaise, Pepper powder and salt.
- Mix all together to make the filling.
- Remove the sides of bread.
- Now take a slice and add Some filling in it.
- Cover it with another slice of bread. give a press with your hands.
- Repeat the steps for remaining slices and filling.
