Lal javabhi Paratha is a delicious and healthy paratha prepared with wheat flour and carrot juice. Many people used to have chapathi all days as a part of diet. We will get tired we if eat same all days. Here comes a nice recipe in which we add carrot flavor which brings it healthy and more tasty.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Wheat flour: 2 cup
- Carrot: 1 big
- Curd: 1 tbs
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: as needed.
- Prepare carrot juice by adding water.
- Prepare dough with wheat flour, carrot juice, curd and salt.
- Add more water if required.
- Now take a ball, roll it into oval shape.
- Brush oil on both sides.
- Now fold and roll it into balls as we do for paratha.
- Again roll it into round and cook both sides as we do for happathi or paratha with little oil in tawa.
