Toffee Ice-cream

Ice-cream are lovely and favorite for most people , loves to have at any time. There are varieties of ice-creams available today. We all love have toffees also. Here comes a delicious ice-cream recipe with toffee flavor. If we cook condensed milk for 30-45 minutes in oven or pressure cooker, it will turn to toffee.

Toffee Ice-cream

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Whipping cream powder: 4 sachet
  2. Milk: 2 cup
  3. Fresh cream: 400 ml
  4. Condensed milk: 1 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Keep the whole condensed milk tin without opening in a pressure cooker and add water that covers the tin.
  • Cook it for 30-45 minutes after first whistle in low flame
  • Take a bowl(keep it in freezer for 10-15 minutes) and empty the whipping cream powder sachet.
  • Beat it well with 2 cup  of cold milk till it foams well and become fluffy.
  • Now add fresh cream to it and beat again for 5 minutes.
  • Next add cooked condensed milk according to your sweetness and beat well to form creamy.
  • Keep in freezer for 3-4 hours or it sets half.
  • Now take out and again beat for 4-5 minutes.
  • Return back to freezer in closed container for 5-6 hours.
Delicious mouth-watering Toffee Ice-cream is ready. Scoop and serve
