Mango is a delicious seasonal fruit which is loved by everyone. Here comes a delicious mouthwatering dessert recipe with mango. This dessert uses sour milk. So you can utilize this recipe if your milk converted to sour one, no need of throwing it away.

- Marie biscuit crushed(not finely): 7 tbs
- Mango: 1
- Mango pulp: 1/2-3/4 cup
- Butter: 4 tbs
- Powdered sugar: 4 tbs
- Milk: 1 L
- Fresh cream: 1 tbs
- Lime: 1
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- First prepare crust by mixing crushed biscuit with melted butter and 1 tbs of sugar.
- Prepare a layer in a tray, press well and refrigerate till it sets well.
- Mix 1 tbs of fresh cream with 1 tbs of milk and keep aside.
- Boil milk and keep it aside for 1 minute.
- Now add 1 lime's juice, mix well and wait for it to get soured.
- Wait till it completely separates.
- Now filter it out, and immediately mix it with the fresh cream mixed in milk.
- Add remaining sugar and give a mix using a mixer jar or egg beater to get well combined.
- Now take out the tray with prepared biscuit crust or layer, arrange mango pieces all over it and pour the prepared cream over it.
- Refrigerate it for atleast half an hour to get set.
- Garnish the top with cream and mango pulp just before serving.
- You can also arrange this in glasses.
