Biscuit Chocolate is a wonderful recipe which converts plain biscuit into delicious chocolaty one. If our children won't eat plain biscuits, just give a try on it. They will surely love it. It is a simple recipe with few ingredients. You can either prepare chocolate coating by mixing butter, drinking chocolate and cocoa powders, icing sugar and vanilla essence or simply by melting cooking chocolate and mix with a little(1 or 2 tsp) milk.

- Drinking chocolate powder: 100 g
- Cocoa powder: 30 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Icing sugar: 50 g
- Marie biscuit( or any other): 10
- Vanilla essence: 1/4 tsp
- Sieve cocoa powder and drinking chocolate powder 2-3 time together to get well mixed
- In a thick-bottomed pan, melt butter in low flame.
- Add chocolate- cocoa mixture and icing sugar to it and stir continuously for 5-10 minutes to get well combined.
- Turn off the flame and allow it to cool for 15 minutes.
- After that , mix vanilla essence and stir well.
- Now roll biscuits one by one into the chocolate mixture and place over a greased sheet or tray.
- Allow it to set for 12-24 hours .
