Fudge is a smooth and soft sweet prepared with butter and sugar as main ingredients. It can be converted to different taste and flavors by adding additional ingredients. Here comes a delicious fudge recipe whose taste melts in our mouth. Its a combination of grated coconut, biscuits and nuts with chocolaty flavor. It requires nothing artificial, thus considered as a healthy and delicious sweet.

- Butter: 3/4 cup
- Cocoa powder: 2 tbs
- Powdered Sugar: 3/4 cup
- Egg: 1
- Grated coconut: 1 cup
- Crushed biscuits: 2 cup
- Chopped cashews: 1/2 cup
- Thick cream / milk: 1 tbs
- Vanilla essence: 2 tsp
- Grated chocolate: 3-4 tbs
- In a thick-bottomed sauce pan, melt 1/2 cup of butter and mix well cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, add 1 beaten egg, crushed biscuit, grated coconut, chopped cashews, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix well.
- Combine cocoa-butter mix with the above mixture and combine well.
- Pour it over a greased tray and cool it in refrigerator.
- Now prepare the topping.
- Melt remaining butter and mix remaining sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla essence and 1 tbs of cream or milk . Cook till sugar melts and combines with butter.
- Pour it over the cooled mixture in the tray and again refrigerate it.
- Decorate the top with grated chocolate. You can also use melted chocolate for garnishing.
