Chocolate Sponge Cake Recipe


Chocolate cake is a cake flavored by cocoa powder. Chocolates and cakes are lovable for everyone especially kids. When cake flavored chocolate taste it will be more delicious. Here comes a simple recipe with few ingredients.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Egg: 2
  2. Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup
  3. All purpose flour(maida): 1/2 cup
  4. Milk: 1/4 cup
  5. Oil: 1/2 cup
  6. Cocoa powder: 2 tsp
  7. Baking powder: 1 tsp
  8. Sugar: 2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Sieve maida and baking powder together to get mixed.
  • Add egg and powdered sugar in a bowl, and beat till they foams well using egg beater or mixer grinder.
  • Then add cocoa powder and sugar to it and again beat for sometimes.
  • Add milk and oil to it and beat again to mix well.
  • Fold maida into the beaten mixture gently to avoid lump formation.
  • Bake at 180 degree for 30-45 minutes.
Yummy chocolate sponge cake is ready.
