Cappuchino Tortte Recipe


Cappuchino Tortte is a variant and creamy rich cake recipe. It is a combination of chocolate cake, trifle cream, butter cream and custard mousse. Any cake lover will surely loves this recipe, especially kids. It is a delicious cake recipe which can be prepared easily.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Chocolate cake: 1
  2. Dark chocolate: 100 g
  3. Thick cream: 400 g
  4. Milk: 1 cup
  5. Sugar: 7 tbs
  6. Custard powder: 1&1/2 tbs
  7. Gelatin: 2 tbs
  8. Instant coffee powder: 2 tsp
  9. Butter:3 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Boil dark chocolate and 100 g cream together and keep aside. This is trifle cream.
  • Beat butter and 3 tbs sugar to get butter cream.
  • Prepare custard with milk, custard powder and remaining sugar .
  • While boiling custard, in another bowl melt gelatin by adding hot water and gentle stirring or double boil it.
  • Once the custard is prepared mix melted gelatin with it. Allow it to cool.
  • At that time, beat remaining cream to foam well .
  • Mix this beaten cream with custard .
  • Instant coffee powder is also mixed  with it.
  • This is our custard mousse.
  • Now take chocolate cake, cut it from middle .

  • Spread trifle cream to one side and butter cream to other side.
  • Rejoin the cake pieces.
  • Keep the cake in a butter brushed mold and pour custard mousse allover it.
  • Refrigerate it to get set.
  • Transfer the cake into cake board or tray, spread the remaining trifle cream over it.
  • Decorate with buttercream and trifle cream .
