Custard is a delicious dessert rich in different fruits and nuts which we all love. This is a pudding recipe prepared with custard and fruits which provides crunchiness to the pudding while eating. It has a variant taste and is a simple recipe. You can use fruits and dry fruits of your choice.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Milk: 1 cup
- Sugar: 3 tbs
- Condensed milk: 3 tbs
- Custard powder: 2 tbs
- Thick cream: 200 ml
- Gelatin: 2 tbs
- Fruits chopped: 1 cup
- Dry fruits: 1/2 cup
- Boil milk, sugar, condensed milk.
- Mix custard powder with little cold milk.
- Add this into the boiling milk and stir continuously to avoid lump formation.
- Meanwhile melt gelatin by double boiling method.
- Pour melted gelatin to custard.
- Allow it to cool.
- Beat thick cream well and mix with custard .
- Add chopped fruits and dry fruits and mix well.
- Pour it into the pudding tray, refrigerate and allow it to set.
- You can garnish it with fruits and nuts according to your taste.
