Double chocolate mousse is a delicious and simple creamy mousse pudding recipe with dark and white chocolate flavors. It can be prepared easily with few ingredients. Lets try this variant recipe. It is a creamy chocolaty dessert recipe.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
For dark chocolate mousse
- Dark chocolate: 200 g
- Egg: 2
- Gelatin: 1 tsp
- Cream: 300 ml
- White chocolate: 200 g
- Milk: 100 ml
- Gelatin: 1 tsp
- Cream: 300 ml
- First we can prepare dark chocolate mousse.
- Soak gelatin in cold water.
- Melt dark chocolate by placing above the steamer. a bowl shouldnot touch water.
- When it melts completely, remove it from steam and stir well to get smooth.
- Now add egg by after other by beating in between the addition.
- Boil 100 ml cream in a sauce pan and add the soaked gelatin to it.
- Stir till it melts .
- Now pour this to dark chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Beat remaining cream till they fluff well and fold it slowly with the above mixture.
- Pour it into 6-7 individual glasses or to a pudding tray( fill half of the glass ) and allow it to set for 2-3 hour in refrigerator.
- After that prepare white chocolate mousse.
- For that soak gelatin in cold water.
- Boil milk in a sauce pan and add gelatin and melt.
- Place white chocolate pieces in a bowl and pour hot milk-gelatin mixture and stir well to melt chocolate pieces
- Beat cream till they fluff well and fold it with chocolate mixture.
- Pour this over set dark chocolate and allow it to set in refrigerator.
