Here comes an awesome , easy chocolaty Fudge recipe with the flavor of coconut. It is really simple process with most commonly available healthy ingredients in our houses. Give a try on this healthy and tasty sweet for our sweet little ones.
- Coconut grated( thinly): 1/3 cup
- Coconut oil: 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
- Condensed milk: 1/4 cup( or more)
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- keep coconut in freezer for 2 hours before grating, which will result in thing flakes while grating.
- Add all the ingredients in a food processor and run to combine all the ingredients. Donot grind more as we need little flakes of coconut.
- Line a square tray with parchment or cling sheet and add the above mixture to it.
- Level it on top and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or until it sets.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Delicious healthy Chocolate coconut Fudge is ready, serve chilled.
