INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Apple: 1
  2. Cold milk: 3/4 cup
  3. Fresh cream: 2 tsp
  4. Honey or sugar: 2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Peel off the apple and cut it into pieces and add to a blender.
  • Pour milk, fresh cream and honey or sugar to it.
