Melting Moment Cookies

Here comes a simply delicious crunchy cookies with chunky cashew pieces and granulated sugar. Its really yummy that melts in everyone' s mouth.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Self raising flour: 150 g ( or use all purpose flour with baking powder)
  2. Butter: 100g( at room temperature)
  3. Egg: 1
  4. Caster sugar: 50 g( or powdered sugar)
  5. Granulated sugar: 2 tbs
  6. Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
  7. Cashew chunks: 2-3 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Beat butter and caster sugar till soft and creamy.
  • Now add in egg and vanilla essence  and beat till smooth.
  • Now slowly fold flour without any lump.
  • Combine cashew chunks and granulated sugar with the mixture.
  • Preheat microwave oven to 180 degree.
  • Convert the mixture into small balls of lemon size, flatten little with your palms and arrange in greased baking tray.
  • Arrange them with little distance as it may expand while baking.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool and store in airtight container.
Delicious crunchy and chunky Melting Moment Biscuits are ready. Serve with a cup of tea or coffee.
