Pineapple Pudding

Pineapple Pudding is delicious and easy pudding recipe that can be prepared easily  and with few common ingredients. Give a try on this lovely flavored pudding.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION 

  1. Pineapple: 1cup ( cooked with sugar)
  2. Milk: 500 ml
  3. China grass: 8 g
  4. Condensed milk: 3 tbs
  5. Sugar: 2 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION 
  • Cut China grass into small pieces and soak it in 1/2 cup water for 10-15 minutes.
  • Melt it by boiling and keep aside.
  • Cut pineapple into small pieces and cook it with little sugar till all water drains.
  • Boil milk with condensed milk and sugar. You add or reduce sweetness to your level.
  • When it starts boiling,  add melted China grass and stir cook to it combines with milk mixture.
  • Allow it to cool little and pour onto a pudding tray 
  • When it starts set, mix half of cooked pineapple eventually all over.
  • Refrigerate till it sets 3/4 th
  • Top it with remaining pineapple pieces and refrigerate till it sets and chills.
Delicious Pineapple Pudding is ready, slice and serve chilled.
