Cashew Patties

Cashew Patties are crispy snack prepared particularly during Eid and all. It is having shape of cashew nut, hence the name Cashew patties. Give a try on this lovely snack and enjoy it during cold rainy season.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION 
  1. All purpose flour: 1 kg
  2. Egg : 6
  3. Sugar: 1/2 kg
  4. Salt: 1/2 tsp
  5. Cardamom: 2(optional)
  6. Ghee: little
  7. Oil: for deep frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION 
  • Blend egg, sugar, salt and cardamom in a blender till everything combines together.
  • Add all purpose flour in a large mixing bowl and knead it with above egg- sugar mixture.
  • Bowl and hands should be dry and clean for longer life of snack.
  • Knead it to smooth dough by applying ghee on hands.
  • Keep it aside for at least 30 minutes.
  • Divide it into 3 or 4 large balls.
  • Now take one ball and roll it into little thick sheet by sprinkling little flour .
  • Now take cap of bottle and immerse half of it to the dough sheet and cut to get cashew shape.
  • Do it with whole dough.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan and fry them till golden or brownish in low flame.
  • Cool and store it in air tight container.
    Delicious Crispy Cashew Patties are ready. Enjoy.
