Egg Chutney kebab is a delicious snack recipe in which boiled eggs are covered with lovely Chutney and are cover with egg and bread crumbs , are then fried to golden brown. It is lovely recipe for any teatime party , Ifthar, tiffin box and all, give a try upon it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Egg (boiled): 4
- Onion: 1
- Ginger-garlic paste: 2 TSP
- Green chilly: 1
- Coconut grated : 1 cup
- Bengal gram: 4 tsp
- Lemon juice: 1 TBS
- Bread crumbs: to coat
- Egg : 1
- Salt : to taste
- Oil : for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Grind onion, coconut, green chilly, ginger-garlic, Bengal gram,lemon juice and salt using a mixer jar to get Chutney.
- Remove shells of boiled eggs .
- Take a egg and cover it with Chutney.
- Dip it in beaten egg and roll it in bread crumbs. Do the same with remaining eggs.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry till all sides get golden brown color in low flame.
