Egg Chutney Kebab

Egg Chutney kebab is a delicious snack recipe in which boiled eggs are covered with lovely Chutney and  are cover with egg and bread crumbs , are then fried to golden brown. It is lovely recipe for any teatime party , Ifthar, tiffin box and all, give a try upon it.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Egg (boiled): 4
  2. Onion: 1
  3. Ginger-garlic paste: 2 TSP
  4. Green chilly: 1
  5. Coconut grated : 1 cup
  6. Bengal gram: 4 tsp
  7. Lemon juice: 1 TBS
  8. Bread crumbs: to coat
  9. Egg : 1 
  10. Salt : to taste
  11. Oil : for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Grind onion, coconut, green chilly, ginger-garlic, Bengal gram,lemon juice and salt using a mixer jar to get Chutney.
  • Remove shells of boiled eggs .
  • Take a egg and cover it with Chutney.
  • Dip it in beaten egg and roll it in bread crumbs. Do the same with remaining eggs.
  • Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry till all sides get golden brown color in low flame.
Delicious Egg Chutney Kebab is ready. Slice and serve hot with ketchup. Decorate with cherry or ketchup.
