Cheese Corn Balls

Cheese corn balls are delicious snack recipe prepared with corn kernals in combination with cheese and few other ingredients. It is delicious and healthy and are lovely for Ifthar , tiffin or any other parties or treats. Give a try upon this awesome cheesy balls.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Sweet corn kernels: 1 cup
  2. Milk: 1/2 cup
  3. Butter : 2 TBS
  4. Green chilly : 2
  5. Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
  6. Cheese grated: 3 TBS
  7. Corn flour: 3/4 cup
  8. Bread crumbs: for rolling
  9. Salt: to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Crush the corn using a mixer jar. Don't paste it.
  • Cut green chilly into fine pieces.
  • Heat butter in a pan and mix 2 TBS of cornflour.
  • Add milk and stir cook till it thickens.
  • Allow it to cool little and mix it with crushed corn, green chilly, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes and convert them into small balls.
  • Prepare thick batter with remaining cornflour and dip each ball in it.
  • Roll each dipped ball in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown
Delicious and cheesy corn balls are ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
