Dates Pudding

Here comes a delicious and healthy pudding recipe with dates. Dates pudding is awesome pudding recipe that can be prepared easily and quickly. Dates are good source of nutrients and thus turns the dish healthy. Give a try upon it.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Dates: 15-20
  2. Milk: 500 ml
  3. Milk maid:3-4 TBS
  4. China grass: 5 g
  5. Arrowroot biscuit ( powdered): 1/2 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Soak 15 dates and China grass separately in water for 15-20 minutes.
  • Melt China grass .
  • Boil milk with condensed milk.
  • When it starts boiling ,add biscuit powder and mix well.
  • Now add melted China grass and stir cook till it combines with milk mixture.
  • Allow it to cool a little.
  • Meanwhile remove skin and seeds of dates and blend it with soaked water.
  • Pour it to milk mix and stir well to combine.
  • Pour onto pudding tray and allow it to set half on refrigerator.
  • Top it with some chopped dates and refrigerate till it sets completely.
Delicious and nutritious Dates Pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
