- Samosa sheets: 15-20
- Beef : 1 cup(cooked with salt, pepper , turmeric powderand crushed)
- Onion: 3 large
- Ginger-garlic paste : 1 TBS
- Green chilly: 3-4 pasted
- Pepper powder: 1/2 TSP
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 TSP
- Garam masala powder: 1/2 TSP
- Coriander leaves: little
- Salt : to taste
- All purpose flour: 1-2 TBS
- Oil : for deep frying + 1-2 TBS
- Heat a pan with oil and cook onion till they get light brownish color. Add little salt which will ease cooking.
- Now add ginger-garlic and green chilly paste and saute till it's raw smell moves.
- Add masala powders and salt and cook for about 2-3 minutes
- Now add cooked beef and coriander leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Prepare a thick paste with all purpose flour.
- Now take a sheet and place some masala and convert them to Samosa shape and gum the ends with flour paste.
- Deep fry the samosas in hot oil till they turns crispy and golden.
