Beef Samosa

Beef is one of the most lovable food item from non-vegetarian . Any snack or dish prepared with beef are really delicious and lovely. Here comes a lovely and crispy Samosa recipe with beef masala filling. Samosas are best choice for Ifthar or any special occasions. Give a try upon it.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Samosa sheets: 15-20
  2. Beef : 1 cup(cooked with salt, pepper , turmeric powderand crushed)
  3. Onion: 3 large
  4. Ginger-garlic paste : 1 TBS
  5. Green chilly: 3-4 pasted
  6. Pepper powder: 1/2 TSP
  7. Turmeric powder: 1/4 TSP
  8. Garam masala powder: 1/2 TSP
  9. Coriander leaves: little
  10. Salt : to taste
  11. All purpose flour: 1-2 TBS
  12. Oil : for deep frying + 1-2 TBS
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Heat a pan with oil and cook onion till they get light brownish color. Add little salt which will ease cooking.
  • Now add ginger-garlic and green chilly paste and saute till it's raw smell moves.
  • Add masala powders and salt and cook for about 2-3 minutes
  • Now add cooked beef and coriander leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Prepare a thick paste with all purpose flour.
  • Now take a sheet and place some masala and convert them to Samosa shape and gum the ends with flour paste.
  • Deep fry the  samosas in hot oil till they turns crispy and golden.
Delicious crispy Beef Samosas are ready. Serve hot.
