Egg Fritters

Here comes a simple, quick but very tasty snack recipe with egg: egg Fritters. It is really awesome but little care should be taken while preparing, as it may burst out sometime. The batter should be thick to avoid it and we must keep little distance while preparing or close the lid. It is a lovely recipe for Ifthar or any teatime parties.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Egg: 5
  2. All purpose flour: 3/4-1 cup
  3. Onion: 1
  4. Green chilly: 1
  5. Ginger-garlic paste : 1/2 TSP
  6. Pepper powder : 1/2 
  7. Coriander leaves: little
  8. Salt : to taste
  9. Oil: for deep frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Boil egg and remove it's shell.
  • Meanwhile heat little oil in a pan and saute onion in it.
  • When it turns soft, add ginger garlic paste, chopped or pasted green chilly, pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt ,saute for 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.
  • Cut boiled egg into two halves, remove it's yolk.
  • Mix yolk with onion masala and refill it to egg.
  • Prepare a thick batter of all purpose flour with little salt and pepper powder. The batter should be thick enough.
  • Boil oil in a deep pan .
  • Dip egg in prepared batter and fry it in hot oil it all parts get golden colour in low flame.
  • Take take while preparing as it may sputter. Close the lid while preparing and you can just open it to turn to other sides.
Delicious Egg Fritters are ready. Serve hot with little sauce.
