Crispy Chicken Ada

Snack recipes with chicken are really yummy and wonderful. Here comes a lovely ada recipe with a crispy outer cover filled with chicken masala. Have a try for your teatime party or ifthar.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. All purpose flour: 1 cup + little more
  2. Chicken masala filling: 1 cup
  3. Ghee: 2 tbs
  4. Salt: to taste
  5. Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Prepare a smooth dough with all purpose flour, salt  and water.
  • Convert them into small balls.
  • Roll all balls into small puris.
  • Place one puri and spread ghee on top.
  • Cover it with another puri and again apply little ghee over it.
  • Place one more puri above it and apply some ghee.
  • Such a way place 6-7 puris in layers by applying little ghee in between.
  • Now roll the layer into thin single round sheet.
  • Again roll it to get a cylindrical shape as shown in picture.
  • cut it into 1/2 inch pieces and roll into thin sheet.
  • Place little chicken masala filling in centre and fold and seal the edges.
  • Deep fry each ada into golden brown in low flame.
Delicious and crispy Chicken ada is ready. Serve hot.
