Snack recipes with chicken are really yummy and wonderful. Here comes a lovely ada recipe with a crispy outer cover filled with chicken masala. Have a try for your teatime party or ifthar.

- All purpose flour: 1 cup + little more
- Chicken masala filling: 1 cup
- Ghee: 2 tbs
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Prepare a smooth dough with all purpose flour, salt and water.
- Convert them into small balls.
- Roll all balls into small puris.
- Place one puri and spread ghee on top.
- Cover it with another puri and again apply little ghee over it.
- Place one more puri above it and apply some ghee.
- Such a way place 6-7 puris in layers by applying little ghee in between.
- Now roll the layer into thin single round sheet.
- Again roll it to get a cylindrical shape as shown in picture.
- cut it into 1/2 inch pieces and roll into thin sheet.
- Place little chicken masala filling in centre and fold and seal the edges.
- Deep fry each ada into golden brown in low flame.
Delicious and crispy Chicken ada is ready. Serve hot.
