Waffles

Waffles are leavened batter that are cooked between two iron plates of any shape. You can also use bread toaster instead of waffle iron. Here I prepared with all purpose flour, you may also use wheat flour or a combination of both. Waffles are used for sandwiches or are consumed with cream or stewed apricots. Give a try for your kids snack.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION 
  1. Egg: 2 
  2. All purpose flour: 2 cup
  3. Butter(melted): 1 tbs
  4. Milk: 2 cup
  5. Baking powder: 1 tsp
  6. Salt: 1/4 tsp
  7. Sugar: 1 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION 
  • Separate egg white and yolk.
  • Beat egg yolk with butter and milk .
  • Sift mix all purpose flour with baking powder and salt.
  • Slowly fold flour mix with egg milk mix without any lumb.
  • Keep it aside for half an hour.
  • Meanwhile beat egg white till foams well .
  • Add sugar to it and again beat.
  • Fold it slowly with the above milk mixture.
  • Grease a waffle iron or Sandwich toaster with little butter and pour the batter to it. I have prepared with sandwich toaster.
  • Cook until they have done well.
