Vanilla dreamboat pudding is a delicious pudding or dessert recipe with 3-4 different layers. It consists of a biscuit layer, cheesy layer, and vanilla custard layer topped with whipped cream and white chocolate chips. It is really delicious with a variant taste, give a try upon it.

- Digestive biscuits: 20
- Butter: 3 tbs
- Condensed milk: 1 tin
- Cream cheese: 125 g
- Whipping cream powder: 2 packet
- Milk: 2 cup
- Vanilla custard powder: 3 tbs
- White chocolate chips: 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar: 3 tbs
- Powder biscuits and mix with melted butter and powdered sugar.
- Prepare a layer with this on a pudding tray.
- Refrigerate till the second layer preparation is ready.
- Beat whipping cream powder along with 1 cup cold milk till they forms smooth and fluffy.
- Beat cream cheese(room temperature) along with 1/2 tin condensed milk till they turns soft and creamy.
- Add half of whipped cream to cheese mix and again beat till they combines well.
- Make a second layer with this mixture to the pudding tray.
- Again refrigerate till third layer is ready.
- Mix custard powder with 3 tbs of milk and keep ready.
- Boil milk along with remaining condensed milk.
- When it starts boiling, pour custard mix and stir continuously till it thickens.
- Turn of the flame and allow it to cool a little.
- Arrange third layer with this custard. You can also use vanilla instant pudding instead of custard. Prepare as per package direction and layer it.
- Refrigerate and allow it to set .
- Top it with remaining whipped cream and garnish it with white chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
