Multi-grain Dosa

Here comes a lovely and healthy breakfast or dinner recipe with a combination of multiple grains. Presence of more different grain converts the dosa into healthy and nutritious. It is simple and easy, give a try for your lovely family.




INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Broken wheat: 100 g
  2. Ragi: 50 g
  3. Urud dal: 100 g
  4. Semolina: 300 g
  5. Boiled rice: 100 g
  6. Barley: 50 g
  7. Oats: 100g
  8. Split yellow gram daal(moong dal): 100 g
  9. Salt: to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Soak broken wheat, ragi, urud dal, moong dal, barley in water for atleast 2 hours.
  • Drain and add them to mixer grinder.
  • Also add oats, boiled rice and semolina to it.
  • Grind it to smooth batter by adding little water.
  • Batter shouldnot be too thick or too thin.
  • Keep it for overnight fermentation .
  • Before cooking, add required salt and mix it well.
  • Heat a pan and pour a laddle of batter.
  • Spread it to large thin circles with the back of laddle.
  • Cook on low flame till they turns golden and crispy.
  • You can also add ghee or butter on top.
  • Repeat the steps for whole batter.
Delicious, healthy and crispy Multi-grain dosa are ready. Serve hot.
