INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Chicken breast: 450 g
- Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil: 3 tbs
- Lemon juice: 2 tbs
- Dried oregano: 1 tsp
- Garlic: 2-3 cloves
- Salt: to taste
- Bamboo skewers:4-5
- Soak skewers in water for 15-20 minutes
- Convert garlic into paste.
- Combine olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, pepper powder, garlic paste and salt in a bowl.
- Cut the chicken breast into 1 inch pieces and marinate it with above mixture.
- Refrigerate it for atleast 1 hour.
- Thread the chicken pieces into skewers and grill it till chicken is cooked by turning to other sides in between every 4-5 minutes.
