Squid Fry

Squid fry is a delicious side dish prepared with squid. Here comes a simple, easy and quick squid fry recipe which tastes great. They are prepared with only common ingredients that are available in our house any time. Give a try on it.




INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Squid : 1/2 kg
  2. Tomato: 1 
  3. Chilly powder: 1 tbs
  4.  Coriander powder: 3/4 tbs
  5. Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbs
  6. Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt: to taste
  8. Curry leaves: 2 string
  9. Green chilly: 1-2
  10. Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Clean squids and cut into rings.
  • Grind tomato, chilly, coriander and turmeric powders, ginger-garlic and salt into smooth paste and marinate squid rings in it for 10-12 minutes.
  • Cook them in a pan in low flame and closed lid till the gravy dries up.
  • Heat oil in a pan, Saute curry leaves and slit green chilly in it.
  • Now add cooked squid to it and fry them .Donot over fry it.
Delicious Squid fry is ready, Try and enjoy.
