Egg Fry

Egg is the best choice of quick preparation of delicious dishes . Also they have many nutritional benefits. Here comes a lovely and quick recipe for delicious spicy egg fry, give a try up on it. It is really awesome.



INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Egg: 4
  2. Chilly powder: 2 tsp
  3. Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
  5. Kasuri methi: 1/4 tsp(optional)
  6. Salt: to taste
  7. Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Prepare a marinade by mixing chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, kasuri methi and salt with little water. Never add more water.
  • Boil eggs, shell off and cut into two halves.
  • Marinate the egg pieces with prepared marinade.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs in it by turning to both sides 3-4 times till they get fried.
Delicious Egg fry is ready. Serve hot.
