INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Egg: 4
- Chilly powder: 2 tsp
- Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri methi: 1/4 tsp(optional)
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying
- Prepare a marinade by mixing chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, kasuri methi and salt with little water. Never add more water.
- Boil eggs, shell off and cut into two halves.
- Marinate the egg pieces with prepared marinade.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs in it by turning to both sides 3-4 times till they get fried.
