INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Boneless Chicken: 100 g(cooked and shredded)
- Sweet corn kernels: 1/2 cup
- Cream style Sweet corn: 1/2 cup
- Carrot chopped: 3-4 tbs
- Cabbage chopped: 1 tbs
- Cornflour: 3 tbs
- Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
- Sugar: 1/2 tsp
- Chicken stock: 4 cups
- Spring onion: to garnish
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 2 tbs
- Heat a pan and boil oil.
- Add sweetcorn kernels, chopped carrot and cabbage and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add shredded chicken and again saute it for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour chicken stock , stir and allow it to boil. For chicken stock recipe click on Chicken stock.
- Add cream style sweetcorn , stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. You can have cream style sweetcorn cans from hypermarkets.
- Next mix salt, pepper powder and sugar to it.
- Combine cornflour with 1/2 cup of water and pour onto boiling soup mix.
- Stir well to get combined and cook in high flame till it thickens by stirring continuously.
