Cream Filled Chocolates / Truffles

We all are crazy of chocolates, it won't limit to any age. We can prepare varieties of chocolates from home with ease and few ingredients. Here comes a lovely chocolate recipe with a creamy filling. I have some more chocolate recipes in my collection "Chocolates". Give a try on these recipes, you and loved ones will surely love these.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Dark Chocolate: 200 g
  2. White chocolate: 100 g
  3. Thick or fresh cream: 3 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Melt dark chocolate by double boiling method or microwave it for 30-60 seconds.
  • Take a silicon ice-tray or chocolate mould , pour the melted chocolate and roll it to cover the sides and bottom of mould keeping centre as hole.
  • Refrigerate it for 10 minutes to get set.
  • Melt white chocolate as we done with dark chocolate and mix fresh cream with it.
  • Combine them well.
  • Fill the centre of the mould with this and again refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Now cover the top with melted dark chocolate .
  • Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
  • After that demould and serve.
Lovely Cream filled chocolates are ready. Try and enjoy.
