We all are crazy of chocolates, it won't limit to any age. We can prepare varieties of chocolates from home with ease and few ingredients. Here comes a lovely chocolate recipe with a creamy filling. INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Dark Chocolate: 200 g
- White chocolate: 100 g
- Thick or fresh cream: 3 tbs
- Melt dark chocolate by double boiling method or microwave it for 30-60 seconds.
- Take a silicon ice-tray or chocolate mould , pour the melted chocolate and roll it to cover the sides and bottom of mould keeping centre as hole.
- Refrigerate it for 10 minutes to get set.
- Melt white chocolate as we done with dark chocolate and mix fresh cream with it.
- Combine them well.
- Fill the centre of the mould with this and again refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Now cover the top with melted dark chocolate .
- Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
- After that demould and serve.
