Salads are lovely dish with combination for more ingredients without cooking or lightly cooked and are seasoned. Here comes a wonderful salad with lightly cooked chicken and farfalle(bow tie pasta) along with some veggies and are lightly seasoned. They are healthy dish that can fulfill our hunger if you are in diet .
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Boneless Chicken: 200 g
- Farfalle(bow tie pasta): 1 cup
- Carrot: 1 medium
- Green capsicum: 1/2 of 1 medium
- Yellow Capsicum: 1/2 of 1 medium
- Tomato: 1 medium
- Olive: 10
- Garlic: 4-5 cloves
- Crushed red chilly: 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice: 3 tbs
- Celery stalk: 2 tbs(finely chopped)
- Parsley: 2 tsp(finely chopped
- Salt: to taste
- Boil chicken and cut into thick strips
- Cook farfalle in 3 cups of water ,Cook till it is just cooked, Don't cook more. Over cooking may destroy taste of salad. It should be cooked but should be firm to eat.
- Cut carrot, green and yellow capsicum, tomato into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Cut olives into rings.
- Mix all these in a bowl.
- Take another bowl, let us mix ingredients for dressing.
- Add finely chopped garlic cloves, celery, parsley, crushed red chilly along with lemon juice and salt.
- Add this to above chicken-farfalle mix, toss slowly to get mixed.
