Queen Victoria is a lovely mocktail recipe with guava. Guava is a lovely seasonal fruit rich in dietary fiber and vitamin. It contains 4 times more vitamin C than orange. Shake with it is really delicious and healthy. Also helps in easy digestion. You can also use bottled guava juice from store.

- Guava: 2
- Milk: 2 cup
- Sugar: 3-4 tbs
- Yogurt: 2 tbs
- Cut the guava into pieces and blend it with milk, yogurt and sugar.
- If the guava is store-bought, just remove its skin. If it is cultivated in your home, no need of throwing it away as skin also contains vitamins.
- Sieve the juice to remove the seeds if present.
- You can add or reduce sugar to your taste.
- Use cold or frozen milk for better taste.
