Mocktail Queen Victoria / Guava Shake

Queen Victoria is a lovely mocktail recipe with guava. Guava is a lovely seasonal fruit rich in dietary fiber and vitamin. It contains 4 times more vitamin C than orange. Shake with it is really delicious and healthy. Also helps in easy digestion. You can also use bottled guava juice from store.


Mocktail Queen Victoria / Guava Shake

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Guava: 2
  2. Milk: 2 cup
  3. Sugar: 3-4 tbs
  4. Yogurt: 2 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Cut the guava into pieces and blend it with milk, yogurt and sugar.
  • If the guava is store-bought, just remove its skin. If it is cultivated in your home, no need of throwing it away as skin also contains vitamins.
  • Sieve the juice to remove the seeds if present.
  • You can add or reduce sugar to your taste.
  • Use cold or frozen milk for better taste.
Delicious Mocktail Queen Victoria is ready. Serve chilled
