Dryfruit Delight

Dryfruit delight is a lovely sweet dessert or payasam recipe . Here mixed dry fruits are roasted along with banana , are mashed and made into small balls. these are then cooked in boiled milk-condensed milk mixture. It is really awesome and nutritious, give a try on it.

Dryfruit Delight

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Banana big: 2
  2. Dates: 20
  3. Cashew: 3 tbs
  4. Pistachio: 1 tbs
  5. Raisins: 1 tbs
  6. Fig: 3 tbs
  7. Milk: 2 cup
  8. Condensed milk: 3/4 cup
  9. Ghee: 2 tbs
  10. Honey: 3 tsp
  11. Sugar: 3-4 tbs(as required)
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast chopped banana pieces.
  • Cut dates, fig, cashew, pistachio into small pieces.
  • Add these to the pan with banana and roast for 3-4 minutes with 2 tbs sugar.
  • Turn off the flame, pour 1 tsp honey and mash them well.
  • Allow it to cool a little and make small bowls of it.
  • Boil milk with condensed milk and sugar( if you need more sweetness but remember balls we made is also sweet).
  • Boil till they reduces to 3/4 (1/4th part get reduced)
  • Now add the prepared balls and honey and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame.
Delicious Dryfruit delight is ready, Serve hot or chilled with dryfruits of your choice on top.
