Chicken Dopyasa is a wonderful chicken recipe with a rich creamy gravy. It is a simple recipe that turns rich creamy with the presence of butter,cashew paste and cream. We stir cook egg with chicken which also take part in enlighting the taste. It is really a lovely recipe goes well with any thing, give a try on it. It is not spicy, children will also love it.

- Chicken: 750 g
- Onion: 2
- Tomato: 4(cut into smallpieces)
- Ginger-garlic paste: 4 tsp
- Egg: 2
- Chilly powder: 1 tbs
- Cashew: 100 g
- Cream: 3 tbs
- Butter: 3 tbs
- Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
- Oil: as required
- Salt: to taste
- Heat 2-3 tbs oil in a sauce pan, saute chopped onion till it turns golden brown color.
- Take out the onion from oil and allow it to cool a little.
- Ground them into paste and keep aside.
- Ground cashew into smooth paste.
- In the same oil, cook chicken, tomato, ginger garlic paste,chilly powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
- Mix well and add onion paste also.
- Stir well, and cook in low flame, till chicken pieces get cooked.
- Beat 2 eggs with a spoon and pour to chicken gravy.
- Stir cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Now add butter, cream and cashew paste, stir well and turn off the flame.
