Cheese paratha is soft paratha or chappathi recipe with cheese filling. Here i use wheat flour to make the recipe healthy. It is a simple recipe but convert the dish soft and tasty. First we prepare dough with wheat flour and are then rolled and stuffed with seasoned cheese grates.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Wheat flour: 1 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese grated: 7-8 tbs
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 2-3 tbs
- Pepper powder: 3/4 tsp
- Knead wheat flour with salt and water to get a smooth dough.
- Add 1 tsp of oil and knead it well.
- Convert them into 5 equal balls.
- Now put grated cheese in a bowl and mix pepper powder and little salt with it.
- Take a ball and roll it to a little thick sheet.
- Now place 1&1/2 tbs cheese in middle of sheet and fold from 4 sides to get square shape.
- Again roll it to thin square sheet. Take care not to break the sheet.
- Repeat the steps for whole 5 balls.
- Now place the cheese paratha in a hot pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Flip to other side and sprinkle little oil on top.
- Cook for 1-2 minute again and flip to other side.
- When it puffs and cooks well, take out from pan and place the second paratha.
- Repeat the steps for whole.
