INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Potato: 2
- Cauliflower: 1 small
- Onion: 2
- Tomato: 2
- Green chilly: 2
- Ginger: 2 tbs( cut into strips)
- Chilly powder: 2 tsp
- Coriander powder: 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder: 3/4 tsp
- Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds: 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
- Oil: 1&1/2 tbs
- Salt: to taste.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Cook potatoes, remove its skin and cut into pieces.
- Cut the cauliflower horizontally, cook , drain water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or saucepan, lightly roast fennel seeds, then add sliced onion and saute till it become soft.
- Then add splitted green chilly, stripped ginger and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add chilly powder, coriander, powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, and salt, mix well and saute till a nice aroma releases.
- Now add tomato pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Next we have to put cooked cauliflower and potato pieces, mix well and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in coriander leaves and remove from flame.
