Chicken Charga is a delicious whole baked chicken recipe prepared with few ingredients. This lovely recipe is prepared easily and goes well with little french fries or onion. INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Whole chicken: 1
- Chilly Powder: 1 tbs
- Yogurt: 2 tbs
- Lime juice: 2 tbs
- Vinegar: 5 tbs
- Oil: 2 tbs
- Orange food color: 1 drop
- Salt:to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Mark lines on chicken
- Marinate chicken with 3 tbs vinegar and 1 tbs salt and keep aside for 3 hours.
- Take a large mixing bowl, mix chilly powder, yogurt, lime juice, food color,and remaining vinegar.
- Add salt if required
- Now marinate the chicken with these spice mix.
- Preheat the oven 250 degree.
- Now place the marinated chicken in a baking tray and place it in preheated oven.
- Bake it for 1 hour.
- When half an hour passes, pour 2 tbs oil throughout the chicken and again bake for remaining time
